The Simplest 4 Component Banana Oat Meal Cookies.

How do baking cookies ever be rapid? You normally have to obtain a scale, then carefully measure out all the ingredients, caress the bread for ages, cut out small cookies in your heart, star and moon shapes then wait another century'til they're baked.

NEVER EVER could I bake cookies under these conditions. That's just how I roll up. But after that I came across those Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that is what I call them, anyway.)

Okay, they do not taste exactly like the cookies you get round Christmas time. Instead they're a little more gooey and don't crumble at all.

But what largely convinced me was that you can have them ready in 25 minutes such as the baking time! No shit.

Possibly the most astonishing thing about the cookies is that they involve only 2 ingredients! Yep that is right, and anyone can combine two ingredients.

Though in the event that you would like to make them tastier and/or healthier you can pimp them up using some add ons like raisins, walnuts or cinnamon. That's up to you!

It seems more and more like a sales pitch (it is not -- nobody's gonna pay me should you consume them), but I must mention yet another amazing thing about those cookies.

They're tasty! Yep, after I had had the initial I finished the remainder within one hour.

They're great for hiking trips or other occasions where you want a quick energizing snack on the go. Now I keep them as a quick snack in my backpack.

It also has to be noted that they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, no none of the usual cookie supposes. Just oats and peanuts.

Take oats for example. Not only do they lower your cholesterol levels which then can help you stop developing heart disease or diabetes, but they also energize you with good carbohydrates and nutrients to keep you going for longer during the day.

Those nutrients comprise manganese, good for bone creation and skin integrity as well as magnesium -- important for energy production to make you feel more a fantastic read awake

Same with bananas -- the favorite fruit one of athletes -- not just cause they have a decent number of good carbohydrates but for being the huge players in the potassium game.

Potassium is a really important nutrient for preventing fatigue and muscle cramps. Pretty good if you have a tough day before you.

Since you can see, I am a huge fan.

2 Ingredient Cookies. Simply combine bananas and oats and bake them for 15 minutes. Perfect for when you will need a power boost on the move. Enjoy!

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1 cup rolled oats (oatmeal or porridge oats operate really nicely )

Optional: Healthy Cookie Recipes - EatingWell

2 tsp cinnamon

1 little handful raisins

1 small handful walnuts, crumbled

1 little number sesame seeds, toasted

You can add pretty much whatever you like!

If you do not have that make sure to wash the baking dish with butter (or olive oil if you're vegetarian )

To make the cookie contour simply grab a spoon and scoop a decent sum from the mix onto the baking dish like I did in the photograph above. It's super fast and easy.

Off it goes into the oven for about 15 - 20 minutes.
